Our Portfolio for various facilities and industrial brands:

Our capability and experience combines centralised oversight with local execution, ensuring every site, regardless of size or location will receive the same high standard of service, responsiveness, and quality assurance.
National Management Structure
Our service delivery model for NGM Group will be structured to ensure clear communication is available between the cleaning crew and your facilities team for all your sites
We will assign a dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) for all NGM Group sites across NSW. The KAM will have full accountability for the management of the contract throughout all sites. The KAM will be supported by a robust structure for service delivery. There will be NSW based Operations teams as well as a National Accounts Director and National Operations Managers to oversee regular management of the sites. Each site areas will have a Customer Service Manager (CSM) who will be the point person for NGM’s site contact person/s on day-to-day management, issues resolution, feedback and service delivery by the cleaning staff. The CSM will be responsible for leading the service team of sites of supervisors and cleaners. See detailed structure below.
We have a clear outcome-based scope of works that forms the basis of the performance (KPIs) to be delivered by the cleaning operations teams.
AMC National Organisation Structure ensures our operations are across Australia.

Transition Approach
AMC recognises that transitioning cleaning services is often a key consideration when changing providers, with a primary focus on ensuring there is no disruption to daily operations across your sites.
For NGM Group, we provide a structured and well-managed transition approach designed to ensure a smooth, seamless, and fully controlled implementation across all NSW branches.
Our transition framework includes:
- A detailed implementation rollout plan (Transition Process sheet LIVE document) aligned to agreed commencement timelines
- Clear project planning, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables
- Resource planning covering staffing, inductions, security clearances, and site-specific training
- Coordination of equipment, procedures, and consumables requirements prior to commencement
- Defined governance and communication channels throughout the mobilisation phase
Our transition process is delivered in three key stages:
Phase 1: Internal handover from Business Development to AMC Operations team

Phase 2: Operational walkthroughs and pre-start site setup by AMC operations team

Phase 3: Stage gate checks to confirm readiness, compliance, and service alignment prior to full commencement
