National Reach. Local Accountability
AMC Commercial Cleaning operates across every Australian state and territory, supporting customers with the workforce, systems and operational capability to deliver consistent service across single and multi-site portfolios. Our national reach enables us to scale resources as customer requirements change, while maintaining consistent service standards across locations.
With a workforce of more than 2,900 service staff, we have resources across different portfolios and locations, combining national capacity with the local management needed to provide service with efficiency and consistency.
We have our headquarter in VIC and operations management offices in NSW, QLD, SA and WA, providing regional operational oversight and access to local teams.

STRUCTURE & ACCOUNTABILITY:
National scale is supported by clear local accountability. Each customer portfolio is backed by dedicated operational management, with responsibility for service delivery sitting close to the sites we service. Local teams monitor performance, respond to issues and coordinate resources, while our management structure provides clear escalation and oversight when required.
This means customers have people who know their sites, understand their requirements and are accountable for delivering the agreed service – not just a national support function.

AMC recognises that transitioning cleaning services is often a key consideration when changing providers, with a primary focus on ensuring there is no disruption to daily operations across your sites.
AMC recognises that changing cleaning providers must be carefully managed to avoid disruption to daily operations. Our transition approach provides clear ownership, planned site readiness and defined checks before service commencement.
Our transition framework is managed through three simple stages:

BD → Operations |
Walkthroughs & setup People, equipment & site requirements |
Stage-gate checks Resources, compliance & service alignment |
